My own health journey has solidified my belief that the nutrition therapy process must be approached holistically, based on the genetic, psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of each individual. I am committed to being a voice of reason in a society that is bombarded by misinformation provided by the diet industry and self-proclaimed nutritionists. I have experienced much healing and restoration in my body through a diet that is tailored to my physiological needs, activity level, lifestyle, and preferences. I believe that every individual deserves to have a healthy relationship with food, regardless of their age, weight, shape, gender. A balanced relationship with food is possible with appropriate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual interventions.
